why leave a laying body in the middle of the road at night time?

Pretty sure the white car next to the motorcyclists got out and helped. The taxi driver stood there for a good bit too. Realized this and went after the drunk driver.

Ohh, good. How sad would it have been if another vehicle hit the body.

They need faster cop cars lol
