Well its tax time. and i want a drift car. i live in a pretty country ass community with ALOT of flat winding roads. the drift scene is getting pretty big around here. and i dont want to look like a fool in my 3400 pound camaro (or scratch my bc's) lol. So whats a good base to start a drift car with? Ive been dancing around the idea of northstar swapping a fiero. I see alot of guys on the fieroforums.com doing it. and wanted to know if anyone had any experience with this. Or know of someone who has messed with mid mounted drift cars. I just forsee alot better results if its mid mount. Or is my logic messed up and i should get a conventional car and just put a nasty ass motor into it. I can get a turbo 240 right now. and i also have access to a totalled caddy and a fiero right now also. thanks for the time guys
240s are one of the best chassis you can start on. It's one of the most stable and predictable cars to slide, in my opinion of course.
They're also cheap, so when you fuck something up, it won't be so hard on your wallet to fix.

Everyone is going to say 180 or 240sx....not even going to bother.
There are valid reasons for this though, so it's okay.
