List of upgrade I can use for turbo setup for 97 Honda civic ex with custom engine and exhaust?

ok bro, im not gonna flame you, but need to have more details than that.. if youre driving a 97 civic, its obvious you dont wanna spend a whole lot.. or atleast you shouldnt cause unless your car has less than 100k its only worth around 2-4k sooooooo... i would check out craigslist and try to find the parts. also be specific What motor? how big of Exhaust? 3"? and google does wonders also.

depends, what is your goals? What is your starting point(to find this out let us know what motor) is it swapped or what? To find out Look on the block right where the tranny bolts up, should be a plate that says what motor it is, b16a, b18c1, d16y8,d16y7,d16z6 etc. but i mean if youre wanting 8lb of boost, a stock motor should hold up. Alsooooo forged internals etc, its gonna cost a lot to build a motor FYI, also to pay someone to do it!!! Craigslist is probably best bet imo.
