So I found a nail in my tire on the grids. Good thing its winter and they're off and stored away.

Anyways, so I brought it back to the place I bought the tires from (have road hazard) to get it warrantied.

So I drop it off, pay the $45 fee, and wait a day. I go back, and the back of my rim is all rashed up.

They claimed wasnt them etc and wouldnt do anything so I got in contact with corporate and they took pictures, etc. Just waiting on a replacement wheel.

Now, as many of you know, the rim/tire combo is up for sale since I want something less wide and with less widewall so I can go lower.

Got to sell the set to a friend, and he points this out to me..

Dont even feel like putting out the effort with these fucking things anymore...

Too much camber... your wheel must be crying when you hit a bump ;)

I dont have that much, but I do have a little bit. Enough to cause some wear. I have to though if I want to fit those damn 17x9's. Thats just another reason I want a less wide wheel, so I can just sit flush with no camber and no wheel gap/tire showing.

My CRV got pennied last summer so I'm starting to wonder if the nails were part of that too.

Nah, $45 for a new tire with a new warranty.
