Okay.. So, the car has a hard time engaging the starter, you turn the key and it just "Clicks" and every so often it will start. I've done quite a bit of messing around with it.
So far i've
Replaced starter, "It did the same thing with the original starter that is in it"
new starter to battery cables.
New battery.
New main engine fuse.
New ground wire.
and I can't seem to get it to start up half the time. Any suggestions? I'm running out of ideas

Just tell your dad to fix that shit.

Does this vehicle has a solenoid separate from the starter, and if not did you get a new solenoid when you replaced the starter?

This... most likely the starter solenoid.

Thats the thing, ive replaced the starter 2-3 times with used ones that worked before we pulled them out of other corollas. I'm starting to think it is the ignition switch... Since I tried to jump it from the ignition switch cable off of the starter to the battery, and it would start every time. I just don't wanna pay the $100 to get a new electrical and ignition switch..
