So before everyone sees the episode on TV and starts talking shit I figured I would post the background. This "Oklahoma Street Outlaw" bs is just a TV show and is completely setup. They came out to cali and paid people to race their real street cars vs full tube chassis race cars that NEVER see the street. I am not saying they dont have fast cars but it is apple oranges. All the cars out here actually street race.. on the street. Oklahoma trailers out a bunch of outlaw cars and shuts down a street in the desert then invites paramedics and the police and claims its street racing.

to be fair a few of the cali cars looked like track cars as well.

but honestly not the OKC peoples fault that cali people agreed to obvious 1 sided races.

well we all figured it wasnt real street racing. and yeah i agree they are not fucking street cars. to me a street car is one you can actually drive on the street. not trailer it there to the race. thats a race car on the street

yeah, I tried to watch a couple of them, they were talking trash on the guy that drove his GTR to the race instead of trailering it in like everyone else lol

but not even a little bit surprised, pretty much all "reality" shows are scripted

The few cali cars that do run parachutes, wheelie bars, etc still drive and race on the street though.

Btw that Vega normally dead hooks on the street... it goes deep into the 8's in the 1/4

farm truck is the only true street car ive seen him driving around OKC in it a couple times

How dumb would you have to be to think shows like that are real?
