Wondering if anyone would have a general idea of the change in insurance from a v6 mustang to a GT. Obviously this is different for everyone but I was just wondering if anyone had made the change and a general idea of the increase as far as a dollar amount or a percentage. Thanks everyone.

Shouldn't be much different. Insurance is vastly different depending on your location and company though so this question is absolutely useless to ask on a forum.

If you Are considering buying the v6 mustang over the v8 to save a few bucks on some rates, shoul just get an accord or something with good mpg

Sorry but :bonk:

Mustang is a sports car any way you look at it

Dont worry about insurance..
Gas cost should be at the top of that list WAYabove a few bucks a year on rates lol

Not much...if it's going to make or break your decision I would advise not doing so.

Curious to why you're asking here instead of your current policy holder....

A couple hundred bucks a year on insurance would be nothing, I just don't want it to increase by like 1000 a year.

Its not going to make or break me if its 100-200 a year, I just don't want a 1000 a year increase or something crazy. I am asking here simply because I haven't gotten around to calling the insurance company yet

yeah figured gas would be miniscule as long as not driving like an idiot the entire time, looking at the 2011 mustang GT
