"OMVIC states that we must say this, ?This vehicle is being sold ?as-is', unfit, not e-tested and is not represented as being in a road worthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the purchaser's expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition"

sounds legit.
shame it wasnt there to see whats wrong with it.

If you're a dealer in ontario selling a vehicle as is you're required to post that word for word whether the vehicle is basically brand new or if its an old beater.

Bummer... woulda been the best decision of your life! Bought my 2002 M3 about a year ago, and it is pretty much the perfect car. There are a lot of good deals on M3's out there though, mine happened to be a custom built silver/black carbon fiber hood E46 SMG, which I found on craigslist. Got a decent deal on it, but ended up having to do a considerable amount of work to it. Now it runs fine, but is dinged up :( Gotta get my baby over to the repair shop.

Also, if anyone is going to buy an M3, please do yourself a favor and get a used 2002 gen. You can get such good deals on them nowadays, and imo they look way sexier than the contemporary BMW's. The 2002 M3 will forever be known as one of, if not the, best/somewhat affordable sport cars of all time.

I talked recently to a fellow M3 driver, and he told me they're discontinuing the M3? Anyone know about this by any chance?
