They came off my bnr32 front clip, however they are definitely not gtr suspension. The rears were strapped to the skid, and when i google i can't find anything relative to what they are based off the numbers on them.

They are being sold, i have hks hyper d(replaced by hypermax). I'd like to know what they are to aid in selling them.

Looks interesting, HKS hasn't made struts in ages..

Engine out with the help of my father



The guy i bought it from had no idea what it was other than a gtr front end.
He was asking 4 grand i offered him 3 and a few weeks later he took it. Since pulling it out we've found a razo sport auto turbo timer, upgraded turbos from stock to n1(slightly smaller than garret t25), os geiken ts series 2 plate clutch, k&n pod filters mounted on greddy intake pipes.
The engine is cleaned up, and in the process of reassembly(we only stripped off bolt ons, didn't play with head/bottom end). Cleaned oil pan out and everything else, new timing belt/gaskets all around, hopefully back in the new shell next weekend =].

Even if you're not sure what they are, you got a guess as to what they're worth. I'm guessing they're kinda rare since i can't find any info on em, and as you said hks hasn't made struts in ages. Rarity doesn't equal cost though, so i'm kinda clueless what to ask.

Do the rears have the HKS sticker as well? It's entirely possible that the fronts and rears are from entirely different cars.

I wouldn't as much for them though, look at local prices for stock suspension and ask $50 - $100 over it.
Struts aren't worth much, especially for your car. I find that a lot of R chassis guys don't like to do things in a half-assed manner.

Best you can hope for is to sell them to someone that has blown suspension and can't afford coils.

They're probably worth less than the effort it would take to sell them lol. Post them on kijiji or gtrcanada for cheap and see if anyone bites. They aren't anything special.

good to know. I put em up on gtrc for 500 before posting here. If i get anything over 150 i'll be happy based on feedback here.
