Werent you looking at new? Decided to go the used route now?

Idk sites for jeeps, but have you called all the jeep dealerships in a 100 mile radius from where you are? Best bet in my books.

I never look through craigslist I can't trust em.

I would just do searches all over and look out to like 300 miles. Do searches daily man people buy/sell vehicles daily and you never know if you might miss out on a gem.

I used cargurus.com. Gives you some good information on market value, how long its been for sale, and if the price was lowered, etc etc.

Id probably end up paying close to $30k new where as I can find used ones for $15-20k. Id rather save that money now and mod it. Worst case scenario if the engine and tranny goes its ~$10k for a 5.7 hemi swap :D
