turns over but just sits there trying to start

it turned over and then after 2 seconds I heard a thud and it hasnt started since

only thing weirding me out is the rpms dont move at all. just makes a noise

all the power still works for everything, my belts are fine

could it be bad spark plugs? the thud I heard concerns me

Check it again. Then the first things you need to look for are gas. And spark

I tried giving it gas but was careful to not flood it... and I could smell gas

but it wouldnt click

There should be a little air pressure thing in your fuel rail. Unscrew the cap the push like a key into it and see if fuel sprays out

ill have to see if my dad can help me with that lol

Maybe your starter took a shit . But always when it foesnt start check for fuel and spark

its easy
look for this, typically a black cap on a silver fuel line around the motor
