So i was riding my kx 450F from 2006 yesterday.

i found a nice hill at the road. i gave it max power over the hill. and guess what was behind that hill. a fucking swamp/lake.

so my bike was covered in Water. (sadface) and myself with it. finaly when i came up from there with a mates help. the bike wouldnt start. (ofc)

i kept kicking the kickstarter. it did start but as soon as i gave some power it died Again. but after 15 minutes of kicking it startet up. and i gave it fulllll power home to my house.


i took out all of the motor oil to see if there were Water in it. and yes there was. i leaved the bike for the night with the bottom stopper open. today im getting some new oil for it.

if it starts and runs normaly with the new oil today. does that mean ive been Lucky and dont have to take off the engine to dry it inside or whatever?

This is the swamp i've been dealing with. fucking gross i tell you! and its over 1 meter Deep. -.-

sucks to hear that but you should never blindly fly over a hill without knowing whats on the other side. when we rode at hanging rock in ironton ohio there was a guy that done something similar and he went over a small bluff. we almost couldnt get his quad back up because of how steep the hill was. at the top there was about a 6 foot sheer drop. he was lucky he only wound up getting scratched up by a briar bush.
