I've never owned a volvo or know anybody that has one, yet my immediate family seems to think they know all about how reliable, in this case how unreliable they are. Has anybody here owned one?

they are good cars, they are dogs tho, they don't like to get out of their own way.

besides that the only bad thing im aware of is that the parts are an the more expensive side
