Wednesday night while on a 15 minute highway ride the bike cut out/stalled on me. I had been going between 65-95mph before and probably 65mph when it cut out. I couldn't start the bike on my first several attempts but about 10 minutes later it started and I rode home fine on local streets at lower speeds. I did have a hard time starting the bike at the beginning of this ride but it was kind of cold outside and the bike had been sitting for about 5 hours.

Last night I had a hard time starting it. It was a little cold out and the bike had been sitting for several hours. I rode about 3 miles on local roads then took it on the highway and got it up to 110 mph according to the speedometer. Did this for about 5 minutes one way, turned around for more of the same coming back. I slowed down to around 70mph, getting ready for the exit ahead, and the bike began to sputter as if it were starving for fuel, just like it did Wednesday night. This time I managed to not let it stall by pulling in the clutch and revving it. This went on for a couple minutes. Every time I tried to put a load on it (in gear, give throttle) it would sputter but with the clutch pulled and revving it was fine. I got off the highway, stopped for a few minutes. The bike started right up and rode home flawlessly.

Possible reasons?
Gas cap vent
Side stand switch
Fuel filter
Fuel pump
Air filter
Spark plugs

You are on the right track with possible causes. I can't give help on specifics because its Chinese and I'm behind a computer. If it were a Japanese bike it would be a lot easier for me to help you remotely.

My suggestion is get it running decent and SELL IT BEFORE IT BLOWS UP. It sounds like it is on borrowed time based on the way you are riding it.
