It was pretty fun. Anyone that lives in the Georgia area really should have went!
They had the strip open pretty much all day. Lots of different vehicles drag racing from new GTRs and GT500s to old school muscle to build imports to funny cars.
Several cars were running great times and several not so much. One bike wrecked just after finishing the 1/4 but the lady driving was okay (just confused as to how she ended up at a track instead of a kitchen).
Drifting was fun to watch for a bit but it was only a small group of maybe 8 cars running all day in figure 8s.
I took a lot of pics of the drags and drift but most of them turned out kinda bad (way to fast shutter speed, they looked like parked cars with smoke around them...)
The 20 minutes I watched of the bikini contest gave me more good pictures than the rest of the day combined.
As far as the car show portion, it felt a lot smaller than the old Nopi shows but there was still a big turn out. As far as high end cars, I saw more Vipers and GTRs than anything else.
Im uploading a few pics currently but its taking a couple hours to get them all on flickr. Ill post a link when I get them up, some of the shots were worth looking at.
I think next year Ill pay to actually enter the show and just bring a tent and cooler. I got so burnt...

And for you firebird fans
