I have a 1996 Crown Vic police interceptor and it didn't come with a remote to unlock/lock etc, when I bought it.
So I googled it and I'm confused whether or not you need the keyless entry pad on the door for a remote to work or not.
Hoping you guys know.

Guess I'll find out myself, just ordered a new remote.

Alright, thanks guys.
e/ Because every time I googled it, they mentioned punching in the digit on the door to program it.
