Well in 6 yrs of driving they finally caught me...

Got pulled over for going 55 in a 30 on my way to work... Guy was nice enough to lower it to 45 in a 30.

Still looking at $300+ and driving school. Fuck the police!

Edit - Btw guy looked lazy as fuck im gonna try to fight it and see if he even shows up.

i got my first one the other day aswell was going 84 (if i remember right) in a 65 let me off with just a window tint

Well I guess im due... typically I set my cruise control @ 86 on the freeway and have been doing so for years

Gratz on getting let off. I got pulled over twice in 10 mins for no front plate while in Big Bear a few weekends ago after drinking a 6pack & got let off both times.... I am taking it ez from now on haha

Well in CA we have the right to trial by mail. Going to do that first and then even if I loose I can still request an in person trial. I will request one and then postpone it as long as possible.

Worst comes to to worse I will try to at least get it reduced to no points on my record and just pay the $300 or w/e

dis, the officers still get paid to go in and testify, you can pretty much count on him showing up every time

They actually get paid overtime for showing up to court from what I have read but the key is to postpone the trial until the holidays which wont be hard considering its already for november so one extension should put it towards the end of dec ;P

yeah they will be there, don't contest it, because then they remove the option of drivers school shit

just pay your fine and take the class
