kind of off topic

since sunday it has felt like somethings been in my eye
I've been flushing with eye drops constantly, and pulled my eyelids nearly out tying to look but I don't see anything
vision hasn't been any different
I'll probably end up going to see a doc after work just to be safe
anyone else have this happen before
could of been from grinding/cutting metal on saturday but I had safety glasses on the entire time, but I'm almost positive there is nothing in the eye

The tiniest piece of metal can stick in there and be impossible to see without the right tools. Been there before. I had a piece stuck in one eye long enough it started to rust. The optometrist missed it the first time.

Happened to me

Had a metal shard in there. I went 4 days, it was starting to rust..... Ya

They use a dye to find it, wirh microscope ofc and scratch it out with a needle.

They fot xrays and other tests to run. Your eye ball is very soft..

We see it at work all the time. Its usually a deflection off the cheek bone. Our maintenance guys have to wear a face shield when grinding/cutting because of that risk. I saw someone use a mag drill the other day. Unrelated, but cool.

I was underneath a car processing it, rust and other fun shit would always roll down my forehead and behind my glasses. I was only lucky enough to have something actually stick in my eye once... they showed me pictures of my eye, you can see a little shiny thing with a nice rust ring around it. At first they wanted to seragate my eye, no fucking way i was going to let that happen. Next way to remove it was look straight, dont breath while they take a needle and scratch it out.

and that fucking yellow dye they put in, stayed in my eye for almost 2 days. I looked like a regular crack head with that yellow fucking eye

mine wasnt highspeed, so no xrays were necessary. But with TSL it COULD have been from a grinder, so they will need to the instant you tell them that. And TSL do it man... I almost lost an eye when i was little, got that artificial lense in there now. About 3 years of agony. Not fun i promise.
