I'm going to buy a bike once I get my tax return this Winter and I'm not sure what a good size is for someone who hasn't road before.

I don't want something that I will be bored of after a month or something that has trouble getting up to speed on the highway.

I've road dirt bikes but never a road bike.

I'm thinking something along the lines of a CBR 600.

You had a GSXR 600 for a long time right?

Have you road Hondas? Pretty much just the best deal I can find out of an R6, GSXR and a CBR?

Yes I had a GSXR. Loved it. Only problem was the regulator/rectifier went bad. GSXR's are notorious for their bad regulator/rectifiers. R6's are too "big" for me. I have short legs, and the tank/seat on a R6 is just too wide for me. CBR's sit up too high for me (again, due to my size) You just have to ride all of them to get a feel for your favorite. They are all around the same price range.
