I want to re wire my truck from scratch, I don't want to deal with the mess of wires the PO left me to figure out.

So right now I need to have the ignition/kill switch, battery, starter, solenoid, coil pack, distributor wired correctly and in a way that I can add to it later with the lights, gauges, heater, radio etc all on toggle switches, and I want accessories to be on a power on/off switch so I don't leave something on by accident.

Pictures, links etc are a great help. MS paint approved.

I'm going to explore this new information... Got a Bronco project coming up, and this looks interesting.

this project may be bigger then you expect it to be, if you know how a relay works then wire your shit up and put ing switch on pisition to activate a relay that powers all your accessories trough different fuses (with also a main fuse for the main power that comes to the relay from batt+) and everything afther that should be the same use a low amp switch to activate a relay that switches on a higher amp application, this way you can smaler wire running around and the bigger wires stay where you need the power, then again this is simply the basics, would'nt rewire anything unless i was building a race car that dosnt need any lights or interior accomodations
