So I just bought a 2006 F250 with about 78k miles on it.

Was wondering what all mods I should do to the engine.

Obviously getting the EGR delete but besides that, and advice on what to get?

The only thing bad about the 6.0 is the injectors and once I get the EGR delete so it doesn't leak coolant, the engine is fine.

Please don't post if you don't know anything about the engine.

What mods? Swap it before it blows the fuck up is what.

Diesels are pretty easy to mod...go to those specific forums to get some good shit.

IMO don't get stacks please lol

and replace oil rail plug O rings so it doesn't leak oil

and replace turbo cause 06 turbo was prone to failure

and head bolts are shit

and oil cooler likes to clog up

so ya...not just the injector problems.

and the funny time you have when addressing the head bolt issue and you have to remove the entire cab of the truck.

The 6.0 wont go from oil change to oil change without a visit to the shop. Worse engine ford ever made.
