I mean, they can't prove it was you driving, just that it was your car.
Therefore how could they prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you ran the red light.
Anyone could have ran that red light in your car!

he clearly ran the red light it wasnt that close. it would be dumb to fight it. hands down thats a losing case.



you have to come to a complete stop at a red light no matter what state you are in. theres not a green light right turn arrow there its a mandatory stop. however with a traffic camera i dont know if it matters if he did stop it might still trip on him passing the line while the light is red. he clearly didnt make it to the light before it turned red though so its a no brainer that he ran it.

Sure, and the owner can contest that ticket.
This ticket is a moving violation, it would be short sighted to proclaim his guilt when they can't possibly prove it.

That's like asking, would you like to pay 85$ and jack up your insurance rates for 3+ years over something i literally can't prove you did? Or would you like to take a day off work and show up to court?

Hey you at least used a turn signal...I mean whoever was driving that car used the turn signal.
