So my parents recently bought me a Honda accord and it has driving modes (P,R,D,S,L) I was wondering if it is bad to drive it in Sports mode (S) and low gear (L)? Also is it bad to drive it at 4000-5000 RPM once in a while? Thank You

Do not drive in L or H or 1st or 2nd unless ur stuck and you need it

No 4500 rpm unless in drive ( d ) and your foot on f
The floor ( basically sane as what i said above this )

Blow timming belts, transfer cases, tranny. Buy a stand if you want to drive stick :)
My girlfriends sister just blew her timming belt driving her automatic like a standard not even 2 days ago

Put it in D, drive to work, use saved gas money to buy a car worth running to 5k+ rpm, profit.
