I drive a '06 Legacy GT. Thinking about buying some TEIN s-tech lowering springs for it.
Would it be okay on the stock shocks/struts?

people say lowering springs will eventually kill your struts cus of the bumpstop and travel, but ive known people that have springs for 50k miles. It may shorten the life of stock struts but then who cares imo.

Don't buy Tein springs. Almost all other major brands are better lol. But they will be "okay". The ride suffers with just new springs unless you have a high end shock stock.

Yeh, you can use your stock struts but it wear faster. Changing the springs are just the cheaper solution to adjusting height.

I waited a bit, saved up money, bought the whole setup... Eibach Pro System.

But pretty much everything I've heard has been said here. Stock shocks/struts will wear out a little faster on lowering springs, but not all that bad.

Dont do it....!

Lowered cars are a pain unless you like the sound of your undecarage dragging on speed bumps and like to replace the front spoiler every couple years
