I owned a 2000 jeep Cherokee limited, I never had an issues with it other than a rock putting a hole in my radiator. Amazing SUV. So I'm looking to purchase another one, but idk if the new ones will be as great as that one was to me. I could literally do anything in that jeep.

any opinions on the new ones? I've seen a lot of great looking ones on autotrader.

i wouldn't buy any jeeps from recent years. they have been below average quality for the most part.

you can use edmunds.com to get a general idea of a vehicles reliability and stuff.

I seen the other day that the new jeeps we're winning all kinds of awards.

almost every last "Award" claimed about vehicles is based on initial data since you can't very well wait 4-5 years before picking a vehicle made half a decade ago for an award.

i'm not saying all their models are bad...im just saying they haven't really made anything worth getting lately.
