Started this project slowly last week

Engine : 110 hp evinrude out-board





Now currently stripped to the bones and first coat of primer done






And took the old seat to be recovered ( I kinda love them cuz you can open them and they make a bed)

Molded a radio in-dash





and drilled new spot for speakers
