So I went to a car dealer ship and bought a 2011 GMC Terrain with no money down, sign and drive, first payment due in a month.(this was like 2 weeks ago) So over the weekend I get some calls from them but blow it off I'm partying its 4th of July weekend etc. I check the mail on Saturday, and my title comes, but it is a clear title, no secured interest, meaning its paid off... I already decided what I'm going to do , I just wonder what you would do jsp? Take the free $20,000 ride, or go back to the dealer and re sign the paper work for them to get the title back? Decided this was worth the post!

even thought the title came back with nothing on it you still signed paperwork agreeing to pay X amount of money. imo you are still going to have to pay it off but you might want to check with a good lawyer and see what they have to say before trying to take it and run.

im pretty sure thats with the bank. i would check with whoever you financed it with to see whats going on.

or sell it back to them and buy a new used car with no miles and have it paid off
