Sup guys,

to make company to the other RWD fellow going to purchase this beauty.

Lotus Elise S2

First of all im still a bit unsure in wich version and would like some advices. I know some users here have Elises and Exiges.

Versions that i've been looking :

Normal Elise S2 with the 1.8 engine 120 bhp (got a really nice deal for this one)

Elise S2 111S with 1.8 engine 156 bhp

Elise Sport 135r 1.8 135 bhp

The 111r is too expensive so doesn't count.

The 111s is the most expensive costing +1500 euros then the normal Elise.

What you guys think?

About modifications im thinking about letting it stock..

My dream would be the exige but it is impossible atm. I've seen some conversion kits from elise to exige but maybe "too much wanna be".

ive never driven one my self, but id only get it as a weekender or track car, as ive heard they are a very uncomfortable car to dive.

If you have to ask that question you don't understand fun cars.

I met a guy awhile ago with an exige. All he said was that the elise was way too gutless and if you were going to even bother just pay the extra for an exige.

Have you ever actually driven an elise? The lack of power is honestly a problem lol. Its meant for autox and very tight tracks.
