Put in a cold air intake and the car ran fine after that. (shouldn't be the problem)

Replaced the front 3 spark plugs because one seemed broken.
Now after replacing them my car will hardly accelerate you hear backfire from the exhaust, and it idles very rough.
I got spark plugs specifically for my car and I don't think you can gap them.
When I pulled the middle one out it was stuck on the inside and took a lot of force to get out.
Now after replacing them my car will hardly accelerate and you hear backfire from the exhaust.

Anyone have any ideas on what is causing this?
