I got a 88 Thunderbird with a 5.0 I'm thinking of fixing up a bit. right now it's got a bit of an exhaust leak, it sounds like I'm pulling up in my mom's bronco lol.

I do kinda wanna get my 66 f-100 running before winter though.

I'm actually a fan of t-birds and cougars from that generation, but I'm kinda biased since the first car I ever drove was an 87 5.0 cougar. I had a lot of good times in that car.

yeah i like cougars to they are nice. my brother had a cougar for awhile, it only had a 6 cyl i think but it was in such nice condition it was creme color with leather interior, sunroof and power everything. when he got tboned from a lady running a red light they estimated it was at 94% showroom quality and they had deducted for having tired that needed replaced.

oh nice I like that. goes well with the color, like the rims to.

mine is gray also but it's darker more of a smoke gray. has i assume stock rims the 8 hole ones, they are kinda pitted, i need to clean em up.

i've seen a few that actually have 5.0 emblems on the side of em, i assume they are aftermarket but idk. mine doesnt have em. I need to look into a few things cause it seems to vary on a couple things. like i see alot of em are column shift but mine is on the floor. also my seats have some weird extender leg thing build into em, i had seen it on a couple of turbo coupes i think but not for sure if i seen em on any others.

mine was originally a darker gray but i repainted it and went with light pearl gray metallic. i almost went with kentucky state police gray but this was like a shade or two different

cool, i do like that gray, it goes well with ur whole setup. do u have and other views/pics of ur car?

cant tell if u still have the molding/trim and its just painted. also does it still have the pinstripe, it looks like it but cant totally tell

also what does it say there on the quarter panel?
