Diagnostic code P0133 for the heated catalyst

Was quoted 300 dollars to fix this. An additional 100 to fix an evaporative emission control system leak (tube I believe is the part)

Sounds grossly overpriced to me, any ideas jsp?

Might be better served trying other shops, considering trying to do this myself
