Hey, I need your help guys. Lmk what you think the problem is

Recently my car started to act wierd. When the engine is cold I cant get the car to accelerate past 20km/h ( thats like 5mph i think ). When I add gas it chokes and dwells . After the engine is warm 90*c I lack power. 0-60 mph takes more than 15 sec's ( it should do around 10s ) and top speed is 120km/h not 220km/h ...
I've changed my spark plugs so far. Lmk what you think the problem might be.

Its not:
- lambda sensor
- airflow meter
-THERMOSTAT

no check engine light?

check for spark in your plugs. maybe the distributor is cutting out

There was a problem like this in a couple pontiacs that I saw. There were misfiring cylinders, and the catalytic converter was bad.
