I'm going to have it done when my transmission is rebuilt, gears/syncros/needle bearing/ring/pinion/input shaft/hub sleeve

What is essentially does is strengthen the metal while making micro dimples to hold oil for less friction, all while not changing the dimensions. It's used in pretty much all forms of motorsports and can be applied to almost any engine component as well (pistons, journals, crank, oil gears, cams, valves etc).

Here's an example:

I have heard of it but no personal experience or anything. What does it cost to have all the tranny parts done? Seems like it would help a decent amount.

Yeah, if you're having your transmission rebuilt, I'd go for it.

I'm sure the transmission could hold the power of the supercharger, but why not have that peace of mind, knowing it was done beyond necessary.

Keep on doing it right. She's going to be perfect.

:) thanks, the tranny can surely take the abuse but since it has to be removed for swapping the clutch then I might as well do it all at the same time. Will also increase the preload on the dif just as the nsx-r's did.
