i assume its just for aerodynamics and provides minimal protection so i'll likely just bolt/tape/ziptie it back together lol

Honestly if you had an 02-06 m3 I'd give you mine lol I took it off and never out it back on. You can live without it to be honest. I am still trying to find a replacement online though just cuz I'm curious.

Nope. No extra noise at all. It's there to prevent rust/other destructive shit from below. I don't live in an area with snow (rust) nor do I drive on rough terrain so it was fine for me to remove.

The real reason I took it off to begin with was because it was a pain in the ass during oil changes lol.

my old car was like that when i changed the oil, you had to remove it every time just to get to the filter

i go in to get oil changes now because on the 2010 camry its a full assembly and you have to have a cup type filter socket to get the damn thing off. plus synthetic oil was costing me 40-50 bucks anyway so i'll just pay that to have it done for me

as for my repair i actually went to a home depot and grabbed some zip ties. i'm just going to take the panel off, drill a few holes in it and tie the fucker back together lol

i thought this at first but i thought those ran the full or at least half length of cars. wasn't sure since this is literally about a foot deep under just the front end

thanks for the insight though :)
