depends on how much of a difference in temps it is but the front cylinder are known to run cooler than the rear because of the air flow. if you think you have a real problem swing by your local honda powersports shop and ask a mechanic about it and maybe he might look it over real quick for you. i had an issue with an 04 honda rubicon where the front tires didnt point exactly together one was slightly off and i just took it to my local shop and asked the mechanic and he checked it and told me thats how they were supposed to be.
sometimes it doesnt hurt just to ask them to make sure unless they are real dicks something like what you are asking they could probably tell you without looking at it if its ok or not.
