Just got a diablo sport I1000 chip for my 2008 dodge ram 1500 auto 5 speed 5.7 hemi and since I tuned the truck I can't do a brake stand or spin tires after dead stop.
It's given me more acceleration but I feel like I have some sort of traction control safety which I can't turn off with my traction control button on dash... anyone familiar with this chip??

Why the fuck would you want to do a break stand in a new truck? Get a loud horn or something if you want attention.

Should of jus got a real tune instead of wasting money on that.

This should really be a question for their customer service department.

Why do you have to do this to your truck? (The intentional wearing of your tires). Get more power. Most importantly have a savings set aside for the rear end replacement.

Tranny should love that thing..

And this is why dodge transmissions have a bad name for themselves lol...

I get punished with turbo lag and i can still find a way to break them loose without the breaks

Thanks for all the degrading comments but anyways to answer a couple of questions... its a 2008, not brand new. We are now 2013. my tires are done and getting new ones soon. Theres always a good time for a break stand or whipping the truck around a corner. and no I dont want attention, I do it when no one is around. so can I get a real answer please

Read the very first line of my first post in regards to this thread.

And yes those good times for break stands or whipping a truck around are found at a track.
