starting to see some rusts, and trying to sell my car
and trying to get rid of it, any ideas?
buddy told me to sand it then wax it? not too sure thanks for the help

if its rusted that means the metal is corroded...you'll have to sand it and repaint it.

quick fix but you should do this

if u want to sell u can just sand it and repaint it hoping that rust wont appear before selling the car
