A little close, but you can get some cool tape to block some of the heat. I've used it on o2 sensor wiring

You'll be fine.


But if you don't have one, you should probably think about an oil cooler. You'd definitely benefit from one.

my filter is about an inch or two away from my headers. Been like that for 174k miles so you should be fine.

as far as i know the car has a stock one :)
