Just had a motor and a bunch of the other shit given to me, trying to figure out the year and model of the motor but not having much luck. Only number im seeing so far is 207028. Any help fellas?

should start with like pc25e or something like that. and there should be 7 numbers not 6.

I found it while waiting on a response, thanks though. Was pc37e-2005945. Turned out to be a 600rr, im guessing the 2005 means its on 05?

should be a 2003 600rr

not sure on year now im checking some more. try calling your local honda dealer if you have one they should be able to tell you definitely what it is

I called any the guy i talked to had no idea how to figure it out. Im assuming he is new, but noone else was in the office. Ive been checking all over the net and cant seem to find any info on decrypting it :(

Check on some CBR forums, make a post. someone usually has a link to a SN decoder
