Hi all, not really all that car-savvy, but today when I got into my car, and started driving, my brakes felt like I could hardly stop my car. (Stopping the car abruptly was not going to happen). In order to stop I would nearly have to press my brakes down all the way to make it just a nice smooth stop. Prior to that I would just gently place my foot on the brake and it would slow down, but not now.

It shouldn't be anything wrong with the brake pads, as I just got them done like 2 months ago.

Does this sound like I need to change the brake fluid, or what does it sound like to you guys?

Thanks in advance.

possible air in the line, could be from when u did the breaks, or a leak in the master cyl

also, do u have fluid? double check

calipers leaking?

Fluid's in there, but looks filthy. (Looks like I could top it up, as it seems kind of low)
Nothing is leaking.

1993 Buick Lesabre

(Idk what ext is)

Another thing that I noticed, as I was trying to figure it out, when I was driving home from school I got out to try to figure it out, and it almost smelled like a burning smell (Maybe not burning, but a warmish smell if you will.) towards the front left tire.

you should look at the inside of that tire and around on all the metal parts around the tire and see if you find any fresh liquid. you probably got a pinhole in a brake line and everytime you press the brake pedal its shooting all your fluid out. check for leaks if you havent already

exactly, if he says its low and he just did the brakes (IE,backed out the caliperS) then what little fluid is in the res with it backed all the way out doesnt amount to much if you factor the old pads
