When i start my car up in the morning (cold start 24°c) i notice the accelerator pedal to be stuck as i put more pressure on it with my foot it finally gives way and all of a sudden im doing 5k rpm. however after about 10 minutes of driving it becomes good and feels like it should smooth and not getting stuck... everything is lubed nicely and now im starting to think its the throttle body.. because its by no means cold enough to be seized in the morning.

Gunk in the throttle body, making the butterfly valve stick.

This is a pretty common problem. Id inspect and clean the throttle body. Id also take a look at my throttle linkage. If it uses return springs, inspect and replace these as needed.
