is it bad that I would rather pay $125 for someone else to detail my truck than to do it myself? I'm not talking a hand wash/dry. I'm talking wash/clay/polish/seal/wax. . . Who really has the time/energy to do this?

My car has never been waxed. So i guess i would pay $125 because that's cheap for a detail.

This. Though I definitely prefer interior detailing to exterior. I'm not a huge fan of what you mentioned. I normally do it, but if you haven't done it for a while. Might as well pay for someone to do it. Than try to keep up with it yourself.

I've contemplated running a mobile detail service in my spare time (haha spare time)

Lots of money in cleaning other peoples junk.

ive had my car for 4 years ... only cleaned it twice my self lol rest of the time i went to somecar wash and made people clean it for me

I pay around that every few months because I have a friend who does great work. Then I usually wash every week.

I havent washed or detailed my car in a LONG time. Just been too busy with school and work that when I do have the time its the last thing I feel like doing.

my DD pick up has not been washed besideds by the rain in 2 and a half years

theres no point lol

the prerunner on the other hand, i have wased waxed ect taking like 6+ hours on it, idk pobably 15 times in the last 2 years lol

never got any of my cars waxed/buffed, but i do wash my dd every couple of weeks (not in winter) never washed the van yet
