I bought it about 4 months ago at 128K I needed a car bad for work and the fucker lied to me about it's condition.. (More my fault should have brought my mechanic with me got it checked out)

Replaced Altanator. (Bearing snapped.)
Replaced front springs and struts.
Front bumper needed to be repaired got that done.
Tranny pan and motor oil pan replaced.. (Holes were filled with silicone..
All the bearings and brakes were done

Now I need motor mounts and there is a squeaking from my transmission that sounds like metal to metal contact when I idle.

So it could be the fly wheel or worse.. I need it for work.. Cant afford another car at the moment. What do?

sounds like a bearing, more specifically the release bearing. You can live with the motor mounts I guess.

Could be a number of things. It's about 2 hours labor alone just to find the problem..

I ended up fixing my headlight btw*

This.
More specifically, these:
Model: ?
Make: ?
Year: ?
engine/transmission option: ?

Also, it sounds like you already know whats wrong with it.... soooo waddya need help with?
If it is an automatic transmission, the "squeaking" could be the trans mount failing and allowing too much movement. Considering you've noted that the motor mounts are pretty much gone, I'm thinking its a safe bet. However, if it has a trans-axle... not so much. Need more info.

metal on metal sounds more like grinding than squeaking and would be caused by little/no oil in it
try adding trans oil to your tranny if you have a dipstick check the level of the fluid in it make sure the car is running when you do it
its happend to me with my car ended up having bad trans cooler lines that were leaking

But I have done this. After replacing the oil pan and tranny pan I have no more leaks. On the hoist the nose is coming from right were the fly wheel it's self sits. It's just a lot of labour to even pull it out to look at it.

Id be willing to bet its the throughout bearing as well. Might as well toss a new clutch in it and resurface the flywheel while you have it apart.

Couldn't be the throw out bearing, as his car is an automatic.

It would be a problem with his torque converter.

Which is what I'd inspect.
