2003 honda si
Manual
It keeps making scratching noise( similar to a broken bumper dragging against the pavement) when i go over little/small bumps. My shocks are also bad can.this be the cause. Doas anybody know?

Yes. Depending on how bad. Gotta get under there and take a look around. First place I'd look is the wheels. Might be rubbing splash guards or something.

It could be the problem. Check by your baf shocks for things that could be rubbing. Bounce the car around by it and check for clearence

could be struts on front of car. my mazda does something similar coming out of my drive when it drops slightly onto the road itself.

Your v-tec gerbils probably got off of their wheels inside the motor, and made their way further into the car, scratching up a storm.












But on a more serious note. OP, You most likely answered your own question. Change the struts.
