i returned the first compressor kit i had received since it was a single way one and ordered the dual way system witch was the right one for my application.
i never even opened the box and sent it back as is.

then i get an e-mail with this!

wtf lol, this is my rage week, first DJM now summit aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggg
called, the note the guy has is: the wires where cut and components where partially assembled so i tell him i sent the package back without even opening it. so it had the factorie seal. if it was dmg in transport i had 200$ coverage but it was successfully delivered in ontario. the issue is since im in Canada i sent the package to their FedEx hub in Ontario (as instructed by summit and i called twice to make sure) so my tracking stops at that point then from Mississauga Ontario all the way to summit/across the border i dont have a clue what happened to it. Maybe some guy at customs had a little fun with it, how would i know? worst case scenario they refund minus 10% and never get an other order from me.

I live about 2 hours from summit in Georgia. I NEVER order from then if I don't have to, I just drive over and pick it up and inspect it there.

yeah wouldnt deal with em i usually just go to car quest for parts that i need, usually never order anything online from the states but if i do i get it shipped to my aunts work in detroit.
stuff like that i would just do car quest or oem from the stealership saves that hassle + its on the place you picked it up from
or just order it straight from the manufacturer?
also what kind of compressor? a/c comp for a car?

Im 10-15 minutes away from the Summit in Mcdonough.

Sadly I have not much money to spend there right now...

air suspension compressor system is the item i purchased and returned, around here we always get raped by automotive retailers i remember when i changed my cat pipe on my cavalier, it cost me 170$ with donut, gasket and bolts online and the garage quoted me 540$ + labor and 180$ for a used one. So when i discovered summit i orderred then got my items the 2 days after i was supper happy, i think that was the DJM components, so then i order my full compressor kit with some gauges and front coil bags. upon receiving them 2 days latter again i was supper happy, then realized the compressor system was not wat i needed for my application and never even opened it to prevent any hassle(that failed) i have a pic with all my other packages open and the compressor still in his box.So i call summit they tell me to send it back to the states even tough they come trough Ontario. i start filling up the return form on the receipt they send and the return address is in Ontario once again so i call back to make sure where i have to send it after a while this time the women tells me Ontario is the right place since im in Canada etc. so i send it 2 days latter it has been received and signed for.
im not the kind of guy that rages on the phone, im pretty sure we will work this out but it pisses me off. here is a pic

best piece of advice i could give yah would be to see if you could find a double acting recip compressor that would work with what you have
try specialty compressor places around where you live you might have some luck with them

not sure wat you meant but i do have the right compressor now and its installed, its just now that they received the first one i purchased they say they cant fully refund it cuz it was partially assembled and cant resell as new, but i never even opened that box.
