My heating/ ac scrwed up when it was -40 out for 3 days....it turns on and works but only on HIGH... i have an 06 charger sxt, how much would it be for the part approx... and how hard is it to fix

This is very common with Chrysler products.
It's an easy fix, here is the name of the part you need:
Blower Motor Control Module / Resistor
Rockauto.com has these very reasonable.
