custom reducer td04 flange made for free saved 80 dollars :D


the stock pos i had cut out... so shitty the honey comb in the catalytic came dialoged and blocked the shitty 90 degree angle..

+1... You could really use some welding lessons...

For welding around small diameter flanges/whatever (If you can't run a continuous bead around the whole thing), try welding over top of your starts, like this:

Once you get some heat going, you can melt down the big blob from your previous start and get it to look halfway decent, even with multiple starts/stops.

how are you gonna etest? lol. I'm pretty sure my cats jammed up, I'm not holding boost as well as I should be. Assuming I still have the car in afew months I'll be ordering a turboback

i had my share of cat clogging, got so hot i almost melted the carpet inside the cabin and actually melted it in the truck since i had a hole in my muffler pushing the air upwards
i have to get my hands on a welder i cant wait to learn to use one, then my projects can take a whole new level
