on I275 loop. a sudden snow squall reportedly made roads go from dry to a sheet of ice very quickly causing 2 massive pileups in ohio. the other one was in middletown ohio on 75 southbound which shut the southbound traffic down. pretty bad shit

yeah they said visibility went to about 20 feet in a matter of seconds and nobody could get stopped fast enough. one person died and a bunch were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

How the fuck does that many cars pile up...

it doesnt all happen at once usually. initial wreck and then ppl keep wrecking into the pile up or ppl who actually stop correctly get rear ended by the ppl behind them that dont

driving along and all of a sudden it turned into a whiteout. basically someone started wrecking and nobody had enough time to get stopped because it happened so fast and they couldnt see shit. a 12 year old girl died in this. they said its believed she survived the initial wreck okay and was outside the vehicle and got struck by other wrecking traffic
