Im trying to figure out what would be the best state to find a 96-98 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 Cummins in good condition with decent mileage, anyone have any suggestions?

if you look at 98s make sure its a mechanical pump. i think they introduced the isb in some of the 98 model year along with the mechanical pump version.

Needed like 4 tires and other stuff needed like 4 to 5k in work engine ran great though I think the tranny needed the most work I'm pretty sure
