Alright i dont need you guys to find a car, but to give me an idea. I know there have been a ton of these. Currently i drive a 2.2 s-10 Extreme, but it has no ass at all... it has problems and its a reg cab. plus 2wd. :( i would love to have something like an avalanche but theyre really pricey. 4wd colorados are nice, i would love to have a 4x4 truck. dont like ford, and mopar is pricey to fix. idk!! Also if i got a car, i would want a LS1 camaro, or firebird, but being 18 and having a ticket idk how much insurance would be. Um i do get discounts, multi car etc, but still dont wanna pay 100+ for insurance... I am in college, so i have thought of a good gas saver, civic accord etc, but i dont wanna be some dousche with a civic... i want something like a nissan 300zx, love the souund of the v6 with an exhaust. plus TT is nasty. I just need some insight, i have about 7Grand to spend.. i just need some more um ideas? some input on insurance. Maybe a civic SI? that way a little more "pep" not trying to be a street racer, but i dont wanna have to struggle to get up to highway speeds, or climb some of these hills here in southern ohio. I know theres a lot to read so a summary

Insurance cost for 18yr male with a ticket
an average or a guestimate..
z28 camaro
Civic Si
240sx
miata
300zx

ETC am i looking at a lot of money on insurance? i currently pay 70 bux for my motorcycle and my truck...

take part of that 7k, and put that towards a down payment on a new car, have your mom or dad insure the car and go on their insurance, itll be dirt cheap. i was 19 when i got a 2013 mustang gt, insurance is like 1200 a year lol.

Personally, my choice would be an older Miata. Fun little cars and you can drop in a LS1 pretty easily and have a beast of a car.
But a lot of that depends on if you can work on cars on your own or just want to buy something "fast" and be done with it.
A Miata would make for a fun project but is also a pretty good daily driver stock.

Yeah, they're slow as fuck. You look like a faggot driving one unless it's LS1 swapped and hardtop converted. ~~

Just get an older Civic Si because they should be cheap and they'll take a beating...and cost nowhere near 7k, but you could probably get an 06 for around 10k if you're lucky. Those cars take a beating....they're made for kids....PLUS STOCK 350W AMP/SUB FACTORY YO.....AND VTEC

300ZX...have fun fixing that...especially the TT version...nope.

Z28 CAMARUH....got a mullet?
